Cobra is a speed metal band originated in the city of
Bogota D.C. in June, 2002 (15 years of musical trajectory). With 03 full
lengths in their vault, and remaining active in the live scenario,
Cobra have consolidated the underground metal scene of Colombia.
Their sound is characterized by powerful, harmonious and accelerated riffs, explosive batteries, detonator bass and heartbreaking voices that together forges a strong message against the oppressors that try to rule their country at the present time.
Their latest full length “Sin dominio del tiempo” got released earlier this year on CD format, under the banner of Soundtech Studios. Morbid Skull Records has recently released the eight-track speedy full length on tape format. Their hostile sound oscillates in between classic speed and thrash metal, with the infusion of vivacious traditional metal solos.
